ALFALFA - The Father of All Foods. ;)

Alfalfa.

Originated from Middle East where the Arabs referred to it as “the father of all foods”,because why? Because they knew it was useful in variety of forms. Alhamdulillah.

And sekarang pun, dah banyak study done on used of Alfalfa ni or scientific name nye Medicago Santiva.

So, sebelum kite tgk benefit die as a whole. Kite tgk ape yg ade dalam “magic” herbs kurniaan Allah swt kepada kita ni..:)

Digestive Enzymes
Contains 8 essential enzymes to enable foods to be assimilated in the body:

o Lipase – fat splitting
o Amylase – acts on starches
o Coagulase – coagulates or clots blood
o Emulsin – acts upon sugar
o Invertase - converts cane sugar to dextrose

Notes:
  1. Alfalfa can increase the ability of blood to clot after an injury. Aspirin delays clotting, so taking alfalfa could interfere with the anticoagulant effects of aspirin. Alfalfa should not be used while aspirin or any anti-coagulant medication is being taken on a regular basis unless the doctor knows about your supplementation.
  2. Avoid alfalfa in pregnancy, it may cause uterine contraction
  3. Alfalfa products may cause reactions that are similar to the autoimmune disease called lupus erythematosus, so pesakit SLE harus dielakkan dari mengambil alfalfa.
